The Istanbul Aydın University N Block building is located in the Beşyol neighbourhood of Küçükçekmece, Istanbul.
After a planned and intensive implementation process of approximately six months, we are preparing to hand over the N Block building.
As NURYAP, we undertook the architectural works together with the mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems, handling the technical and spatial integrity of the building with a single, unified discipline.
The building consists of 10 floors including the basement and roof floor, and was planned around its educational functions.
The ground floor, with approximately 500 m² of enclosed area, forms the reception and circulation backbone of the building, while each typical floor of 550 m² houses 5 classrooms, common areas and wet areas.
Today, the total implementation area of more than 5,000 m² is nearing completion in line with the planned work schedule.
