The nuryapinsaat.com website (the “Site”) is operated by NURYAP EMLAK VE GAYRİMENKUL PAZARLAMA İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“NURYAP”). By visiting and using the Site, you agree to the following terms.

• The content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, commitment or contract. Information about projects, products and services may change without notice.
• Texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks and designs on the Site belong to NURYAP or the respective right holders and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information in the forms you submit and must not use another person’s information without permission.
• Any attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site, compromise its security or harm other users is prohibited.
• The Site may contain links to third-party websites. NURYAP is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
• NURYAP does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
• NURYAP may update these terms at any time. The current terms apply from the date they are published on this page.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul Anatolia have jurisdiction over any disputes.

2. Privacy

The purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data, the parties it is transferred to and your rights under the KVKK are explained in detail in our Privacy Notice.

NURYAP takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data: traffic to the Site is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), forms are protected against spam and abuse, and CVs submitted with job applications are stored in an area that cannot be accessed from outside and are viewed only by authorised staff.

3. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Our Site does not use advertising or visitor tracking (analytics, marketing) cookies. The cookies and similar technologies used are:

Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the Site to work and stay secure; they do not depend on your consent.

• Session cookie (__Secure-nuryap_visitor): keeps your language preference and form security token; deleted when you close your browser.
• Cookie preference (nuryap_cookie_consent): remembers your cookie choice; 6 months.
• Google reCAPTCHA (_GRECAPTCHA): protects forms against spam and bots; set by Google, 6 months.

Functional cookies and third-party services

Only active if you allow them with “Accept All”.

• Google Maps: shows our office location on the Contact page. If you do not allow it, the map is not loaded; you can load it once if you wish.
• Country code detection (ipinfo.io, __countryCode): automatically selects the country code in phone fields; 7 days. If you do not allow it, a default country code is used.

Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie preference at any time via the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of the page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if strictly necessary cookies are blocked, some features such as forms may not work.
